Leda Quiaro, an associate broker with Keller Williams Infinity, increased her sales volume last year by 52.2 percent, most of which came from referrals of satisfied clients. “I was able to accomplish this by providing great customer service and building lasting relationships,” she says.
Serving first-time homebuyers, sellers, luxury buyers and investors in the Chicago area, Quiaro, throughout her 14 years in real estate, has had a wide range of clients that resulted in sales of homes priced as low as $13,000 to as high as $1.9 million. Driven and competitive, she says being bilingual — she speaks Spanish and English — and having a background in IT has given her the ability to adapt with the ever-changing real estate market.
Quiaro first interned with an IT consulting firm that hired her full time after graduating from the University of Illinois at Chicago. But she longed to feel like she was making a difference in people’s lives. “I wanted to have the ability to set my own limits and my own schedule, and have the freedom to grow as much as I want to grow,” she says.
“My biggest accomplishment in 2017 was being able to increase sales by 52.2 percent while maintaining a personalized experience with each client,” she says. “With constant communication and the right team, I helped my clients make their transition as stress free and seamless as possible.”
Always looking to increase her training and keep up with trends and clients’ needs, she has received designations as a Certified Residential Specialist and a Specialist in Short Sales and Foreclosures. She also holds a master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in real estate from Roosevelt University.
Quiaro is an active member in the Chicago Association of Realtors, the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors, the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals and Delta Mu Delta Business Honor Society.
Clients can’t say enough about Quiaro’s knowledge, personality and skills, which makes them feel comfortable working with her. While finding and purchasing a home can be stressful and confusing, they tell her she makes it enjoyable through and through.
