Flatt has been keeping a close pulse on Chicago’s North Shore luxury market for the past decade. A lifelong Chicagoan, she bought her first condo in Wicker Park and enjoyed city life before ultimately getting married and moving to Winnetka, where she currently lives with her husband, two daughters and yellow lab, Goldie. Her family loves the close-knit community, from the park district to the beautiful beaches of the North Shore communities.
Though she’s been a Realtor for 23 years, Flatt’s career began as a marketing consultant to Fortune 500 executives. “I got to collaborate with the most amazing team and learn about the corporate world,” she says. “In the end, I took a bet on myself and now enjoy using what I learned in marketing for my real estate clients.”
Flatt earned the Road to Rolex Award from @properties in 2022, and was also recognized by Chicago Magazine as one of the top 100 agents of the year. With over $18 million in sales, she was also one of the Chicago Association of REALTORS® top producers.
In the past several years, Flatt’s clientbase has shifted towards more and more luxury buyers, something she calls ‘an absolute dream.’ “I came from humble beginnings, raised in a small 3-bedroom ranch house with one full bath for a family of five,” she shares. “Now I sell homes I always dreamed about seeing, and I help my clients goals and dreams come to fruition in a big way through investing in real estate.”
