The group has sold more than $43 million in residential real estate over the last three years.
Though licensed in Washington, Common Ground Referrals will serve clients across the United States.
The expansion adds 11 founding agents to the company.
The company will continue operating as RE/MAX Professionals with its 12 agents and office manager Barb Kurz.
Altneu previously served as the head of Coldwell Banker’s global luxury division.

Tom Hatzis will now be president of the combined operations, providing strategic direction across all offices.
