SERHANT. has entered the Illinois market, launching with four founding agents and a roster of more than 40 agents from brokerages across Chicagoland. Together, they represented more than $600 million in sales over the last year.
Illinois marks the company’s 20th market nationwide, following its expansion into Massachusetts, Texas, California and Colorado earlier this year.
Every SERHANT. agent has access to S.MPLE, the firm’s proprietary technology platform.

SERHANT. Illinois is led by Managing Director Dina Lissner, who most recently served as designated managing broker for Baird & Warner’s Highland Park office for five years.

SERHANT. has approximately 2,500 agents across the country. The firm is averaging $1 billion in sales every 18 days in 2026, with agents having a minimum of $25 million in annual sales, according to the company.
