Dan Hodgman and Ellie Money joined DMG in 2023, bringing their knowledge of and enthusiasm for Lake Geneva to the team. Hodgman and Money each live the “lake life” and love it — especially the boating for Hodgman and water-skiing for Money — and now, as members of the DMG team, they have more resources and support to share their enthusiasm with their clients.

Hodgman began investing in Lake Geneva over 25 years ago, while he was a financial trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. After moving to Lake Geneva permanently, he and his family have enjoyed taking full advantage of the year-round benefits the area offers.

Before joining DMG, Money worked in luxury sales and customer service, developing key skills that benefit her clients today and honing her work ethic, which is one of the characteristics she is best known for. She’s passionate about the area and the special lifestyle it offers.

Starting in the Hinsdale office managing transactions while also selling, Peggy Sayre had a courtside seat for the massive growth of DMG. Even when she worked as an event planner for the Kennedy family at the Merchandise Mart before getting into real estate, Sayre says she’d never been challenged like she was at DMG. “Working directly under Dawn for over five years has taught me to be diligent, hardworking and bring 110% to the table every day,” she says. “Now, I can bring all that I’ve learned to my clients. It’s wonderful!”
