Rooted in the southwest suburbs where they were raised, Niki Rocco and Emily Gusich bring a local perspective and a personal touch to every client interaction. Rocco, a lifelong south suburban resident with a background in marketing, launched her real estate career by supporting agents behind the scenes before becoming a full-time agent. Gusich, originally from the South Side of Chicago, made the switch from managing fast-paced trade show projects to real estate — a transition that allowed her to combine her love of homes with a more personal, flexible career.
Together, Rocco and Gusich make up the Niki Rocco Group with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. Known for their responsiveness, clear communication and tailored support, the team specializes in helping first-time buyers, move-uppers, downsizers and, increasingly, luxury and relocation clients. Rocco leads with a process-driven approach that she has refined throughout the years, while Gusich follows those approaches to deliver a seamless experience from start to finish. Both prioritize transparency, trust and building lifelong client relationships.
Most of Rocco and Gusich’s business comes from referrals and social media — a testament to their reputation for strong negotiation, effective marketing and unwavering availability. In the past year, Rocco celebrated the birth of her third daughter while continuing to grow her business. Supported by Gusich, whose early successes as a new agent reflect her determination and adaptability, the duo’s complementary skills ensure that every client is supported, even in the busiest seasons.
For Gusich, the past year marked major personal and professional growth as she joined the group and quickly gained momentum. For the fourth year in a row, Rocco has been honored with the @properties Visionary Award.
