Born in Poland and raised in Chicago, Joanna White learned the value of hard work and perseverance from her immigrant family. Working as a waitress while attending Columbia College, she perfected the art of balancing multiple responsibilities to achieve her goals. “That experience shaped my work ethic and determination, which I still bring to my career today,” White shares. “I understand the importance of commitment and dedication, a mindset that is a driving force in serving my clients with the same tenacity and care that I applied to my own journey.”
Now a producing branch manager with Union Home Mortgage, White specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, jumbo loan clients, second-home buyers and real estate investors. With 24 years of industry experience, she recently transitioned to Union Home Mortgage for the opportunity to grow her business and better serve her clients.
Specializing in the Chicagoland, Southwest Florida and Wisconsin markets, White has built strong relationships with local real estate professionals, helping her clients’ offers stand out. “Agents, attorneys and clients trust me to handle the financing process with professionalism and care,” she says. “When an agent knows and trusts the lender, it can make all the difference.” Crediting her success to her ability to build trust and strong relationships, she successfully turns clients into lifelong advocates. “I learned early on that lending is not just about numbers,” she explains. “It’s about understanding people’s goals, concerns and needs.”
White has been honored by multiple Founders and Presidents’ Clubs from 2019 to 2024. In her free time, she consistently gives back to her community by volunteering with Northwest Compass and assisting her son’s Eagle Scout projects. An avid tennis player, she competes in United States Tennis Association matches. She also enjoys traveling with family and friends and focusing on her health.
