What drives Maureen Burns, a full-time broker with @properties, is a passion for exceeding her clients’ expectations. As part of the East Lincoln Park office, which brings in more than $16 billion in residential sales volume annually, Burns’ successful real estate record is a direct result of the many long-term relationships she has built over the past 15 years.

A few years ago, Burns expanded her expertise by becoming licensed in Northwest Indiana and works alongside her fellow agents at the Highland, Indiana office. With family ties to the area dating back to the early 1900s, it was an easy decision for her to offer her Indiana clients the same level of professionalism and dedication that have defined her career.

Real estate is a relationship-based business and she prides herself on the number of referrals she receives. This close-knit, trusting relationship she has created with numerous clients has led them to return time and time again.

Buying or selling a home should be an exciting time in one’s life, not a stressful one. To that end, Burns’ goal is to make the real estate journey as smooth and seamless as possible for her clients. In addition to earning stamps on her EU passport, she has lived in Los Angeles, New York, Iowa City, Florida and Chicago. A self-described tennis fanatic, Burns has been a long-standing member at Midtown Athletic Club. She is an Indiana University graduate and also studied at The NYC Institute of Culinary Education’s Natural Gourmet Center, earning credentials as a trained vegan chef. Burns resides in East Lincoln Park.
