by Peter Thomas Ricci

This was a busy week in real estate here in Chicagoland, with the following news items crossing our desk:

•Many years in the making, the beautiful 35th street suspension bridge over Lake Shore Drive is now open to the public.

•Ready yourselves, architecture lovers – another Frank Lloyd Wright home has hit the market.

•Some apartment building owners are looking to cash in on the new McDonald’s headquarters.

•Twin office buildings are in the works near the Willis Tower.
