Ifergan was born and raised in the Gold Coast, so Chicagoland is part of her DNA. Her father, Charles Ifergan, owns the eponymous line of Charles Ifergan salons as well as the commercial spaces that house them, which gave her the ideal background to become a leader in Chicago real estate.
With over 15 years of experience, Ifergan has developed a strong ability to navigate, adapt to and stay ahead of a constantly evolving real estate market. This ability extends to her approach to social media and technology. For example, when listing a property, she develops a customized marketing plan for each client. She identifies what makes each property unique and markets it using a targeted blend of digital and social media campaigns. This approach has earned her the Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ Top Producer award and recognition as a Sotheby’s Platinum Residential Broker.
