Working in the real estate industry before becoming a loan officer, Maggie Martinez realized that a significant portion of her time was dedicated to helping prospective buyers understand how to qualify for a mortgage before they could even begin their new home search.
“I enjoy educating clients, creating financial strategies and helping people overcome obstacles that prevent them from becoming homeowners,” Martinez explains. “That realization led me to a natural transition into the mortgage industry, where I am able to make an impact earlier in the process.”
Currently a partnership area manager with Rate, Martinez assists clients with renovation, conventional, FHA and VA loans, as well as non-qualifying mortgage products and down payment assistance programs. Known for being responsive, solution-oriented and deeply committed to her clients’ accomplishments, she credits her success to her ability to build genuine relationships.
The recipient of numerous accolades and recognitions, Martinez was recently named a top originator by Scotsman Guide. An active member and supporter of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, she is the founder and host of the annual MOMentrepreneur event.
