Some of Tiffany Andreae’s earliest childhood memories are of Saturday mornings with her father making the rounds, checking in on tenants and maintaining the family’s investment properties. Her grandmother, an immigrant who had built a real estate portfolio from scratch, believed bricks were the most reliable path to wealth. Those Saturdays and the ritual of clipping bearer bond coupons at the bank each month gave Andreae a tangible, lived relationship with money and property.
Now a senior mortgage officer with Wintrust Mortgage, Andreae brings 34 years of experience to clients across all 50 states. Most of her business comes from a referral network she has painstakingly built over that time. She graduated from Purdue University with degrees in both psychology and sociology, a combination that proved unexpectedly well suited to lending. She came to recognize that home finance is as emotionally driven as it is financial. She specializes in loans for self-employed buyers, construction loans and renovation projects. Working as a purpose-driven trusted advisor, she coordinates with each client’s full financial team to ensure home financing fits the broader picture of long-term goals.
Wintrust Mortgage named Andreae to its Honors Circle in 2025, and the Scotsman Guide recognized her as a top originator in 2026. She’s garnered more than 31 top-producer honors throughout her career.
Active in her community, Andreae serves as president of Rotary Barrington Afterhours and as an elected trustee for Cuba Township. When a local Scouting America pack was on the verge of folding, she helped stabilize it, and the pack earned Pack of the Year for its district. She also supports Chicago Charity Clays, which helps Special Forces operators reintegrate into family life, and sits on the Biltmore Country Club Scholarship Foundation and on their membership committee. Casual golf, mah-jongg and cooking fill her time away from the office.
