Frankfort is where Bridget McCann grew up and currently works, but it’s also where her kids go to school and where she serves as a member of the Frankfort Chamber of Commerce and vice president of her subdivision’s HOA.
That kind of embedded local knowledge is hard to manufacture, and it shows up in McCann’s work. Covering Frankfort, Mokena, New Lenox, Manhattan, Tinley Park, Orland Park and so much more, she handles single-family homes, townhomes, condos, land and investment properties for buyers and sellers at every price point.
McCann transitioned to real estate from the construction industry. She spent more than 14 years as an electrical estimator and safety director for her father’s company, earning a business management degree from DePaul University along the way. Her path into the real estate industry began in 2016, when she and her husband started purchasing investment properties, sparking her interest in the market. Now licensed for eight years, she has built a business entirely on client referrals, with buyers and sellers frequently noting her responsiveness, patience and market knowledge.
Baird & Warner recognized McCann with its Chairman’s Club award in 2021, 2022 and 2024, its Director’s Club award in 2023, its President’s Club award in 2025 and its Vice President’s Club award in 2019 and 2020. In addition, she was named a third-place finalist for the Southland Best Real Estate Agent award in 2025. So far in 2026, she has been named a top producer in her office every month.
Outside of real estate, McCann and her husband enjoy traveling to Michigan with their kids, spending time outdoors and staying active. The community she sells in is also the one she lives in, and for her clients, that makes all the difference.
