JSIR adds new CFO, team and agent

by Emily Mack

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty (JSIR) has made substantial personnel growth this month, adding the Gia Chicago Team and solo agent, Daniela Pagani, to its roster. The company also named Bessie Pope as its new chief financial officer.

Pope comes from @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, where she was the director of financial planning and analysis. As CFO at JSIR, she will continue to handle financial planning and analysis in addition to budgeting and forecasting.

“Bessie was an obvious choice to add to our growing team as our new CFO, we are proud to be working with such talent and look forward to seeing her leadership and expertise positively impact our brokerage,” JSIR CEO Chris Feurer said.

And she’s not the only addition to the JSIR team. Earlier this month, Pagani joined JSIR as an agent.

She is a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, focusing on luxury resale and new construction. She serves the market of Miami as well as Chicago.

“Daniela is a distinguished real estate advisor with the utmost appreciation for excellence in all aspects of her business, from sales to new developments and interior design,” JSIR Executive Vice President and Chicago City Hub Designated Managing Broker Jim Miller said in a press release.

Miller also expressed his excitement over welcoming a new team, the Gia Chicago Team, to the City Hub office. “Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to clients will elevate our collective success,” he said.

This three-agent team, led by Gia Devenyi, also comes from @properties, where they quickly distinguished themselves as a high-performing team focused on custom strategies for clients. Devenyi has been in real estate for over a decade; she’s led her own team since early 2020.
