Baird & Warner has appointed Sarah Casalan as its chief operating officer, overseeing operational strategy and implementation throughout the firm.

In her role, Casalan will work closely with leadership to elevate the experience for agents, office leaders and clients.

Casalan most recently served as president of The UPS Store, Inc., where she led the organization with more than 5,500 locations and 3,900 franchise owners across North America.
