Susan Adduci did not set out to become a Realtor; she set out to find a better home. Adduci leads the Adduci Blackwood Group at Baird & Warner alongside her daughter, Madison Blackwood, bringing a combined 30 years of experience to buyers and sellers across the suburbs. Both were born and raised in Homewood before settling in the Lincoln Way area, giving the team firsthand knowledge of the communities they serve. Backgrounds in marketing, broadcasting and event planning spark a business style that is relationship-first and built on consistent communication. Clients note that one of them always answers the phone, and they always feel well informed. Both agents are fully engaged on every transaction, are relocation certified and together they close approximately one home per week.

Blackwood sits on the board of directors for the Lincoln Way Foundation for Educational Excellence, and the team also supports the New Lenox Girls Softball Association, Homewood Baseball and Softball, New Lenox Rebels and the Flossmoor Gem, Girl Scouts and other local charities through the company’s Goodwill Works program. Adduci enjoys travel and family time, while Blackwood plays co-ed sports and loves watching her daughters in various activities.
