A recipient of Baird & Warner’s 2024 Chairman’s Award who earned a place in the Founders Club in 2025, Casserly has built a business largely based on referrals and repeat customers. She primarily serves clients on the city’s South Side and in the southwest and western suburbs. She is knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and professional, with strong interpersonal skills.
“I’m with my clients every step of the way, whether they are first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors,” she says. “I really get to know what is driving their decision to buy or sell a property and work with them to achieve their real estate goals.”
Casserly meets with clients either virtually or in person to discuss the buying and selling process from start to finish. She is always forthcoming and honest with updates, which helps manage client expectations and eliminate surprises. She also has great referral partners, such as attorneys, inspectors, moving companies and lenders, who offer the same white-glove service that she does.
“I can provide my clients exactly what they need based on their real estate goals,” she explains. “Some clients need a little help, and some a lot, but either way, I’m here to guide them.”
