Inspired by his mother, a Realtor in Naperville, and his uncle, who worked in commercial real estate, he graduated from DePaul University with a real estate finance and investment degree. With a background in real estate finance and investment, he is able to recognize real-time inventory shifts and pricing trends before they reflect in general statistics.

Balancing an active business schedule while coaching youth sports, McMahon stays involved in his children’s activities across the community. A supporter of the local Naperville schools and healthy initiatives, he spends his free time playing golf, training in functional fitness and CrossFit and enjoying time with family.
