Growing up as a competitive dancer, Gwen Stark performed on a national championship college team before dancing professionally for the Chicago Bulls. She later transitioned into commodities trading, where she developed a strong foundation in negotiation, strategic decision-making and market analysis.
A senior broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, Stark has spent the past 23 years representing buyers and sellers throughout Chicagoland. Originally from Wisconsin, she has lived in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Bucktown, River North and Irving Park, giving her firsthand knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods. Her husband, a mortgage lender, often collaborates with her to help clients secure competitive financing and navigate the homebuying process with confidence.
As a parent of two children in Chicago Public Schools, Stark has become a trusted resource for families evaluating neighborhoods based on educational opportunities. She has spent years researching CPS programs, enrollment options and pathways into some of the city’s most sought-after schools she helps families make informed decisions that support both their lifestyle and long-term investment goals. Stark stays actively involved in the Bell School community where her children attend school.

Outside of real estate, Stark enjoys biking along the Chicago Riverwalk, exploring parks throughout the city and spending time at her family’s lake house near Green Bay, Wisconsin.
