Michelle Arseneau won’t stop until a problem is solved, a deal is right or a client is taken care of. She’s persistent, detail-oriented and committed to making sure every aspect of the transaction is exactly as it should be, with a record sales year in 2026 to prove it.
Arseneau, an award-winning agent and head of the Michelle Arseneau Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, treats each client as if they’re her only one. With 31 years of experience across markets, Arseneau, who lives in Palos Park, brings a broad perspective and deep local knowledge to selling properties in the Chicago Southland.
Arseneau came into real estate by chance, but with purpose. “After earning my bachelor’s degree in communication and competing as a college athlete, I was searching for the right path,” she recalls. “I walked into a local real estate office looking for a marketing role. The owner called my references, and the very next day, he offered to pay for my license and bring me on board.”
That moment launched her career, one she says has never felt like a job.
Her team, which includes her daughter, Katy Draper, along with Michelle Esparza, Darci Lemner, and Liz Panella Tuzil on social media, is proud that 95% of their business comes from past clients and referrals.
