Having grown up in the western suburbs, she’s lived in Chicago for over 30 years, including in the River North, Gold Coast, Lincoln Park and Old Irving Park neighborhoods. With a background in technology sales and law, she has nearly a decade of real estate experience, including having earned a Negotiations Certificate from Kellogg’s Executive Education program. Known for being prepared, organized and knowledgeable, she says she gained those skills during her previous life as a lawyer trained in advocacy. With a network of trusted professionals, including inspectors, attorneys and mortgage brokers, and her confident, positive and deal-oriented style, she strives to make what can be a stressful process feel calm, positive and even enjoyable.
When not working, Harris is learning to golf, which she enjoys playing with her son and husband, and is walking her family’s two dogs (including a rescue dog), running along the lake, traveling, cooking and gardening.
