2026 Who's Who in Chicagoland Real Estate

Kelsey Mayher, Global Real Estate Advisor

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Known for breaking down the buying process, Kelsey Mayher stays consistent with weekly follow-ups for all of her listings to keep her sellers updated. “Along with real estate, I am a resource for all kinds of recommendations, from restaurants and travel to handymen, babysitters and remodeling,” she explains. “I’m a provider of all services, or I connect people with someone to assist with whatever their needs may be.”

A global real estate advisor with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Mayher represents developers, luxury market and relocation clients, and first-time homebuyers throughout Chicago and western suburbs. A Chicagoland native, her sphere has shifted between the two markets to include new construction. “I grew up in a family of developers, with my father being a land developer and my sister as a builder,” she shares. “Real estate is deep in my roots.”

Qualifying for Yearly Best with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty in 2025, Mayher achieved her highest goals in all four quarters. A Chicago Association of REALTORS® Top Producer since 2021, she is ranked in the top 1.5% of real estate professionals in the country by Real Trends and the top 500 by Real Producers. In the industry for nine years, she is process-driven while still keeping the process relaxed. “Home buying and selling should be enjoyable, but clients also need to understand the market,” she says.

Mayher recently started a new plumbing service company, Plumb Squad, with her sister and their longtime plumbing friend. “We work with brokers doing sewer scopes, water heater repairs and plumbing fixture replacements,” she explains. “It’s been exciting to start this new venture that ties directly to my true love of real estate and helping others.”

An avid foodie, Mayher enjoys visiting new restaurants and golfing.
