As regional manager of strategic growth at New American Funding, he is responsible for expanding across Chicagoland. “It’s about building strong teams and supporting them the right way,” he explains. “It’s creating an environment where both clients and loan officers win.”
Bryant’s leadership philosophy is straightforward. “I have always viewed the people I lead as my customers,” he says. “If they have the right support, structure and access, they can operate at a much higher level.” That mindset shapes how he builds and scales teams. Rather than adding volume for the sake of growth, he creates an environment where loan officers can execute consistently, navigate complex transactions and build durable businesses.
His company has seen strong momentum in Chicagoland over the past year, including a significant increase in production and the addition of more than 25 loan officers. Since stepping into the market, Bryant continues to build on that momentum with a focus on disciplined, strategic growth. In today’s market, he believes separation is happening quickly. “Tighter margins and more complex deals are forcing people to operate differently,” he says. “The ones who have structure and discipline are pulling ahead.”
Rather than reacting to the market, Bryant is building for it. His focus is on creating clarity around execution, maintaining strong communication between teams and partners, and providing a platform that allows experienced producers to maintain control of their business while still having the support they need to scale. “It is not about adding more people,” he insists. “It is about adding the right people who understand what it takes to perform at a high level.”
