Growing up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago, sisters Danielle and Shelly Moy got their real estate education early. Their father, William, was a Realtor, and the two tagged along to his open houses and showings well before they held licenses of their own. That informal apprenticeship shaped instincts that both sisters carried into their careers.
Together with Sean Ragee-Nelson, the sisters lead The Moy Group at @properties Christie’s International Real Estate’s Orland Park office, serving buyers and sellers in Orland Park, Tinley Park and the surrounding southwest suburbs. With 42 combined years of experience, the team has built its reputation on the values that the Moys absorbed at those childhood showings: trust, communication and genuine investment.
The Moy Group’s approach is as much about relationships as it is about results. Clients point to the team’s accessibility, market knowledge and hands-on attention to detail. Referrals and repeat clients anchor their business — in some cases, these relationships stretch back to the team’s earliest days in the industry. In 2025, the team closed more than 200 homes and surpassed $77 million in sales. In 2026, RealTrends ranked The Moy Group No. 2 in Illinois for transaction sides and No. 15 for volume among small teams. In addition, RealTrends ranked them No. 25 nationally among small teams for closed transactions and within the top 0.05% of real estate professionals nationwide. The team has been featured on the RealTrends + Tom Ferry “The Thousand” list, has earned @properties Christie’s International Real Estate’s Summit award and holds the No. 1 spot in their Orland Park office.
Away from work, The Moy Group stays active. Ragee-Nelson competes in Ironman triathlons, and all three team members train at CrossFit and share a love of travel. The team donates a portion of every commission to local charities through @properties Christie’s International Real Estate’s philanthropic partnerships.
