Eight years ago, Chloe Reynolds made a bet on herself — and on Chicago. After living in Lakeview, Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast, Bucktown and now the West Loop, she built something rare: a ground-level fluency in neighborhoods that most agents only know from spreadsheets. That firsthand knowledge drives her work as team lead of the Chloe Reynolds Group at Compass, where she serves first-time buyers, investors, house hackers and luxury clients across the city’s most competitive markets.
Reynolds is known for moving fast without cutting corners. She sets clear expectations from the first conversation, walks clients through Chicago’s hyper-local market conditions and ensures they understand why national headlines rarely tell the full story. The city is a collection of micro-markets, and buyers who come in armed with that context make sharper decisions. Clients consistently describe her as tough but caring — a strong advocate who fights hard for their interests while keeping the process smooth.
Reynolds is a member of Compass YP Platinum, the Chicago Association of REALTORS®’ Young Professionals Network Advisory Board and Women of Compass — affiliations that reflect her investment in raising the bar of professionalism industrywide.
This past year, Reynolds was recognized as a top producer by volume as a solo agent before transitioning to the role of team lead. Her first team member, Jay, brings complementary strengths that have already sharpened the group’s range. Since most of her business comes through referrals and her social media presence, she recently brought on dedicated help to keep her Instagram consistent and genuine.
When she isn’t working, Reynolds enjoys spending time with friends and family, traveling and exploring Chicago’s new restaurants, finding something new to do most weekends.
