With more than 17 years of combined industry experience, the members of The Going Beyond Group blend complementary backgrounds that shape their approach to real estate. Manni earned a degree in scenic design from the University of Illinois Chicago and spent a decade producing special events. Shutters holds a degree in communications from the University of Minnesota and spent 15 years as an executive administrative professional. Today, they are joined by Jesse Menter, whose dedication to serving clients stems from a decade in the hospitality industry. His creativity and strong interpersonal skills strengthen the group’s mission.

The team earned Berkshire Hathaway’s President’s Circle award in 2024 and the Chairman’s Circle Gold award in 2025, the latter of which distinguished the team among the top 3% of agents nationally.
