The Pearson Group with @properties
With 35 years of real estate experience behind her, Susie Pearson has certainly earned her rank among the top 1 percent of Chicago Realtors. Her extreme diligence combined with her ability to empathize with her clients allows her to provide a white-glove service that is unmatched in the industry. “Life is stressful and chaotic, especially when throwing a home purchase in the picture,” she says. “I go above and beyond to make everything as effortless as possible for my clients. I take the stress away from them to ensure that they can focus on their everyday lives while I handle everything that’s involved in the real estate transaction.”
Along with being among the top 1 percent of Realtors in Chicago, Pearson is the recipient of the Road to Rolex award and, most recently, was named one of Crain’s Most Influential Residential Real Estate Brokers in Chicago. Her attention to detail partnered with her extensive marketing and advertising make her enduring brand second to none.
In addition to working as a broker with @properties, Pearson is also the driving force of the highly-regarded Pearson Group. Her extensive knowledge of the Chicago real estate market acts as the perfect complement to her ability to mentor those who are working hard to find their place in the industry. Pearson has built a team of reputable agents who are well-respected throughout Chicago. She attributes her recent successes to her team and their unwavering support.
Pearson is a member of the Chicago Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, Top Agent Network and LUXE Home. She fosters special relationships with her fellow industry professionals to bring success to her clients.
In her spare time, Pearson received a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu, one of the most prominent hospitality education institutions in the world. This allows her to cater her client’s housewarming parties as closing gifts. Pearson volunteers with Impact Grants Chicago, a nonprofit dedicated to awarding major monetary gifts to worthy organizations.
Pearson also celebrated a major milestone in her family this year when she became a proud grandma (Gigi) to two baby girls.
