An expert in the luxury vacation property market who’s licensed in Michigan, Indiana and Illinois, Heidi Picard has an innate desire to be exceptional in everything she pursues — and to be an integral part of her clients’ real estate investment portfolios.

Though she’s been selling real estate for only five years, Picard has been developing it for over 15 years. She currently serves the areas of Southwest Michigan, Northwest Indiana and greater Chicagoland, specializing in Chicago luxury primary residences, premier vacation homes, multi-home estates and investment properties.

“I am a self-proclaimed concierge of real estate,” Picard says. “I will support all details for the process even long after the deal closes, and I will work in the best interest of the client, including advising against a purchase if I see any red flags.”

For the past three years, Picard has earned the Outstanding Achievement Award from @properties for selling between $10 million and $20 million in volume. However, her proudest achievement of the past year has been expanding her multistate outreach, increasing her inventory and scope to become the only real estate professional her clients will ever need. “Wisconsin is next on the list,” she says.

An avid supporter of childhood education, Picard has worked as a reading intervention tutor and is a financial donor to The Montessori School of Englewood.
