Anne Gain, Associate Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

A Southwest Michigan resident since early childhood, Anne Gain has served the area’s clients for the past 25 years. Honing key skills, she worked in public relations and marketing after college. Her mother’s professional life in real estate served as a motivator, and Gain worked alongside her mom when she first transitioned into the field. Now a seasoned broker, she has been a Multiple Listing Service Diamond Award recipient for more than 10 consecutive years and has earned the Outstanding Achievement Award with her firm every year since 2013.

From first-time buyers to those seeking commercial and luxury spaces, Gain’s clients regularly commend her market knowledge, resourcefulness and availability. Her business posture is approachable and highly adaptable. “Personally, I don’t feel that anyone […] wants to be pressured into buying or selling,” she remarks. She guides clients through the process and formulates the best plan of action to help them enjoy the experience. A compliment to her top-tier service, the majority of her clients come by way of referrals.

Gain holds numerous designations in niche segments of the industry. She’s an active member of her local Realtor association and served on the Realtors Political Action Committee. Her tenure and education underscore her competitive edge, and she puts her extensive industry knowledge to use by helping develop the talent on her team.

A community servant, Gain is involved with the Southwest Michigan Planning Commission and actively supports First Tee of Benton Harbor. A true testament to her professional and community standing, she was honored as one of the most influential women in real estate last year by CIO Women Magazine. Diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at a young age, she advocates for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and is happy to have recently made positive strides in her health. She enjoys time with her kids and her dogs, and any time spent on Lake Michigan.
