Having mastery in both the Chicago and Southwest Michigan residential real estate markets, Tammy Grayson, a broker associate at Keller Williams ONEChicago and Keller Williams Southwest Michigan, just keeps growing her now-5-year-old business.

Grayson is a Michigan native who grew up in New Buffalo and has lived in Oak Park for over 10 years. A member of the Chicago Association of Realtors and the Southwestern Michigan Association of Realtors, she is proud to be a top agent in both markets. “My Chicago clients are always needing to move up to a larger home or move to a different school district,” she says. “And sometimes — they want a vacation home in Michigan! I’m really proud to have expertise in both markets.”

Grayson is passionate about the real estate business. She watches the markets, stays abreast of her clients’ home-value changes and is constantly checking in with her sphere. Her commitment to client service has allowed her business to flourish. “I was in hospitality and learned how to create a great customer experience,” she remarks. “When I came into real estate, I used that experience to my advantage — and I still do.”

When she isn’t selling real estate, Grayson enjoys gardening, being outdoors and spending time with her family in their cottage in Lakeside, Michigan. She is also first chair vice president of Oak Park’s The Economy Shop, a nonprofit organization that gives back to organizations in her community.
