Navigating the real estate industry with unparalleled positivity and compassion, Tracey Larsen holds fast to her belief that everything happens for a reason. “I believe that sometimes when something doesn’t work out the way we want, it’s actually a blessing in disguise,” says Larsen, a broker associate at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. “This mindfulness helps me guide my clients during the emotional process of buying and selling.”
A certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and relocation specialist with Cartus, Larsen serves both buyers and sellers in Fox Valley and the surrounding areas. By delegating to her associates and agents, Larsen is able to focus primarily on sellers as well as her new responsibilities as a member of the relocation team. “I’m grateful for my associate, Jeni Fetzer. She’s not just part of my team, she’s my saving grace at times,” explains Larsen, adding that they’ve worked together for more than three years out of Larsen’s seven-year career. “I love what I do, and the friendships I have made while doing it.”
As a 2018 Coldwell Banker President’s Circle Award winner, Larsen is joining the ranks of her sales role models and constantly strives to climb higher on the office’s leaderboard. “This helps me see that by loving what I do, I’m building my brand and being recognized for my successes,” says Larsen.
Larsen is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the Realtor Association of the Fox Valley. Open to adopting new technology and modifying her business strategies to better fit today’s consumers, Larsen constantly hones her marketing approach. “I still love social media,” she says. “I ran into a neighbor in St. Charles, and she told me how she loves seeing my posts and new listings on Facebook. I love hearing that, because I strive to strike a balance between work and personal posts in order to keep people engaged and excited.”
A devoted mother, wife and daughter, Larsen loves spending time with her family. “My kids and my husband are my reason for being, and I’m so thankful for them,” she says.
