Baird & Warner has promoted Dean Rouso to the position of senior vice president of sales development. In Rouso’s previous role, he managed the brokerage’s e-business department overseeing lead generation for broker associates.

“Dean is especially well suited for this role, as through his experience as a broker associate and business owner, he understands how critically important it is for our team to have access to specialized services,” Laura Ellis, president of residential sales and executive vice president of Baird & Warner, said in a press release. “Moving forward, Dean will be intensely focused on developing highly trained and skilled support teams that will be available to our broker associates, enabling them to deliver an extraordinary and unique client experience. In his new position, I’m confident Dean will continue to accelerate innovative initiatives that save our brokers countless hours of time so they can focus on growing their business.”

Rouso has been with Baird & Warner since 2012.
