Strata Condominium Residences

Domus Group’s Strata Condominium Residences brings a modern European feel and high-end finishes to the River North condo market. Originally three separate six-story buildings, Strata’s design, by Chicago firm Axios Architects, utilizes limestone and a glass curtain wall to simulate one cohesive building.

Sales for the development’s 27 units began early this summer, with prices ranging from $799,000 for three-bedroom units to $2.1 million for a 3,500- square-foot full floor unit. Finishes include wide-plank flooring, Miele stainless steel appliances, Italian porcelain tile, Grohe bathroom fixtures, recessed lighting and a Poliform closet system.
