Cedar Grove

A mixture of urban-style townhomes and single-family homes, Cedar Grove is a new Ryland development in Elgin featuring open green space, natural wetlands and tree-lined roads.

Cedar Grove has seven different townhome designs, ranging from 1,495 to 2,185 square feet, starting in the mid-$100,000s. There are also seven single-family home options, which range from 2,420 to 3,800 square feet starting in the mid-$200,000s. Five of the homes, between the 14 options, are currently available for quick move-ins.
