Webster Square

A new project from Sandz Development, Webster Square is a renovation of the former Lincoln Park Hospital in Chicago. It includes 95 luxury condos in a 12-story mid-rise; 75 high-end apartments in a separate seven-story building; eight custom single-family home sites on Grant Place; a Mrs. Green’s Natural Market grocery store; and an adjacent parking garage for retail, apartment and guest parking.

There are more than 30 unique floorplans for Webster Square’s units, which range from one to four bedrooms. All units feature a balcony or large terrace, along with oversized Chicago-style windows.
