Located one block south of Irving Park Road and bordering Milwaukee Avenue, Basecamp is within walking distance of the Grayland and Irving Park Metra stations, along with the Irving Park Blue Line stop. Phase 1 of the development will deliver 13 homes in spring 2016, while Phase 2 and Phase 3 will deliver the remainder of the homes in winter 2016 and spring 2017, respectively.
