Hawthorn Hill Ranches

Ranch-style homes were not a prominent fixture of Chicagoland’s building boom, but Hawthorn Hill Ranches, a PulteHomes development in the Hawthorn Woods suburb, has offered a modern twist on the classic housing style.

Hawthorn Hill Ranches feature four different designs, all with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Starting prices range from $379,990 to $399,990, and square footage ranges from 1,785 to 1,953. Pulte is now pre-selling the development, and its grand opening will be Sept. 19.
