Sarah Leonard is the founder of Legacy Properties and leader of the Sarah Leonard Team, a top-producing real estate brokerage organization serving the Chicagoland area, specializing in the northwest and west suburbs. She began her real estate career early in life: after entering the industry at only 15 years old, she learned loan processing at 18 and earned her real estate license at 21. That hands-on experience gave her a deep understanding of multiple facets of the industry, shaping the way she serves clients and agents today.
Under Leonard’s leadership, the Sarah Leonard Team has consistently ranked among the top 1% of real estate teams nationally by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends and has earned recognition as a top producer in Illinois by Mainstreet REALTORS®. While overseeing the growth of an independent brokerage, she remains actively involved in helping clients navigate important life transitions and mentoring agents on how to build successful careers.
