With over 32 years of combined real estate experience, Courtney Welsch and Becky Sexson have completed over 1,000 transactions and more than $345 million in career sales. They recently joined forces to launch Founded Homes Collective, a two-person partnership at Baird & Warner. “We realized our strengths were similar enough to keep us aligned, yet different enough to complement one another,” they explain. “We built the partnership to take the client experience even further.”
Founded Homes Collective is built on purpose — the same standard, the same bar and double the expertise. Primarily covering the North and Northwest sides of Chicago, Welsch and Sexson represent clients throughout the city and its suburbs.
In the industry for over 22 years, Welsch has been a member of the Baird & Warner Founder’s Club for 13 consecutive years, and the Chicago Association of Realtors has named her a top producer since 2012. A member of the Goodwill Works advisory board, she chairs her office’s charitable committee and founded the companywide field day fundraiser, which recently raised approximately $70,000 in one day with 27 teams; her team raised over $10,000 for Humble Design Chicago. A Ravenswood resident, she is an avid reader, is a devoted Cubs and Bears fan, and enjoys traveling and entertaining.
Sexson credits much of her success to growing up in an entrepreneurial family, which taught her the value of hard work. A member of the Baird & Warner Founder’s Club since 2018, she earned the 2017 Rookie of the Year honor and has been named a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors since 2023. A Portage Park resident and mother of three girls, she keeps a full schedule between home and work. When she does find free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, exploring new coffee shops and restaurants, playing volleyball and cheering on Chicago sports teams.
