With over 32 years of combined real estate experience, Courtney Welsch and Becky Sexson have completed over 1,000 transactions between them and more than $345 million in career sales. They recently joined forces to launch Founded Homes Collective, a two-person partnership at Baird & Warner. “We realized our strengths were similar enough to keep us aligned, yet different enough to genuinely complement one another,” they agree. “So we built the partnership to take the client experience even further.”
Founded Homes Collective is built on purpose: the same standard, the same bar and double the expertise. Covering the North Side and Northwest Side of Chicago, Welsch and Sexson represent clients throughout Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Ravenswood, North Center, Lincoln Square, Andersonville, Portage Park, Irving Park, Jefferson Park and the surrounding neighborhoods.
In the industry for more than 22 years, Welsch has been named a Chicago Association of REALTORS® Top Producer since 2012 and a member of Baird & Warner’s Founders Club for 13 consecutive years. A member of the Goodwill Works advisory board, she chairs her office’s charitable committee and founded the company-wide fundraiser Field Day, recently raising approximately $70,000 in one day with 27 teams companywide; their team raising over $10,000 for Humble Design Chicago. An avid reader, she is a devoted Cubs and Bears fan and enjoys playing tennis and pickleball, traveling and entertaining.
A member of Baird & Warners Founders Club since 2018, Sexson was named their 2017 Rookie of the Year and has been a Chicago Association of REALTORS® Top Producer since 2023. She is an active member of Life Changer Church, supporting food and orphan missions around the world. A mother of three girls, age 7 and 4-year-old twins, she likes to travel, read, play volleyball, visit coffee shops and restaurants and cheer for Chicago teams.
