Working for herself while helping clients build wealth through real estate, and buy into a lifestyle they love, inspires Roxana Naughton to go to work each day.
Naughton, a top-producing broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, JS Group, is an excellent negotiator who leverages her on-point staging and presentation skills to help move properties quickly. Positive, outgoing and a hardworking, she stays informed and educated about the changing real estate market to position clients for success.
In 2025, Naughton received the Chairman’s Circle Platinum award from BHHS, placing her among the top 1% of brokers in the national network, having closed more than $22 million in sales. Naughton has also received the firm’s Leading Edge Society, President’s Circle and Chairman’s Circle Gold awards.
She has been assisting buyers and sellers, from first-time to luxury, for 20 years in Crystal Lake, Lakewood, Prairie Grove and elsewhere in McHenry County, a region she has called home for even longer.

A retired PTO president, hockey mom and market day volunteer, she is happily married with two kids in college and a husky named Scout. In her free time, she likes to swim and travel.
