Marjorie Allabastro’s expertise covers Chicago and the surrounding suburbs in Cook and Lake counties. Having grown up in Lake Forest and currently residing in Irving Park, she understands the diverse neighborhoods and markets she serves. “I love living in the city, with quick access to Lincoln Square, Roscoe Village, North Center and Logan Square, as well as nearby suburbs,” she shares. “I feel like I get the best of all worlds.” Having worked in both residential and corporate real estate development, she brings a unique perspective to her role as a Realtor with Baird & Warner.
A member of the Baird & Warner Founder’s Club, Allabastro consistently ranks in the top 10% of all Baird & Warner agents. “My knowledge of construction and continuously evolving markets has given me the ability to translate my clients’ needs into a physical manifestation of their dream property,” she says. “My time in real estate development helped me understand the intricacies of many different types of properties from the ground up.”
At Baird & Warner, Allabastro manages the Marjorie Allabastro Group, a team that includes showing agents, a transaction manager and a marketing assistant. She’s currently working on incorporating AI into her everyday processes to better support clients. Known for her knowledge and informative approach, she strives to make the real estate process both enjoyable and rewarding. “I am experienced, knowledgeable and passionate about my job,” she explains. “I love using the latest in proven technology to help my clients achieve their goals.”
Allabastro is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors. She supports organizations focused on literacy and early childhood education, such as Everstone Academy, which addresses dyslexia and other common learning disabilities. When she isn’t at work, she enjoys spending time with her two sons and engaging in their favorite hobby: biking.
