A lifetime resident of the North Shore, Renee Devedjian followed her father’s footsteps into real estate 33 years ago. “I prioritize keeping on top of the market,” she shares. “I’ve experienced many good years, but also some bad years. I want people to know that when they work with me, they are getting an incredible expert who cares about their personal real estate journey.”
Devedjian, a real estate agent with Baird & Warner, represents clients in Lake County, Cook County, the North Shore and the northeast and northern suburbs. Helping first-time homebuyers and empty nesters relocate domestically and internationally, she describes her business as offering boutique-style service.
“Clients receive my undivided attention, expertise and support every step of the way,” Devedjian explains. “I want them to feel comfortable and educated, so I keep them on track to achieve their real estate goals.”
Active on social media, Devedjian hires a professional videographer for all of her listings. With over $11 million in sales last year, she sold each of her listed properties well above the asking price. “I am proud to say that every seller said I exceeded their expectations,” she reports. “From marketing to networking to final sales price.” Known for her deep knowledge, expertise and professionalism, she remains calm and steady in even the most difficult situations.
The recipient of many accolades throughout her career, Devedjian earned the 2025 Baird & Warner Founder’s Club award and recently ranked among the top 3% of agents at Baird & Warner. Currently serving on the board of the local chapter of the Armenian Relief Society, she organizes an annual toiletry drive for unhoused women.
During her free time, Devedjian enjoys playing racket sports and participating in her monthly book club.
