Long before Kayla Easley entered real estate, her experience in military service, retail sales and directing a youth dance company in the southwestern suburbs allowed her to establish a career centered on helping people navigate high-stakes transitions. Drawing on her background in service and leadership, she found a natural fit in real estate, helping clients navigate complex decisions with confidence and clarity.
Today, Easley is a real estate broker and founder of HomeLinks with Kayla, brokered by eXp Realty, and works across Chicago, its suburbs and central Illinois. She works with first-time buyers, veterans and military families, luxury buyers, investors and relocation clients in residential, multifamily, land and new construction transactions.
Easley’s market expertise bridges two distinct regions. She grew up in central Illinois and relocated to Chicagoland in 2016, quickly developing a deep familiarity with the western and southwestern suburbs. Today, she tracks shifting neighborhood prices and school data across both areas, using tools like Revenos and the eXp Military Network to assist relocating families and veterans.
Over the past year, Easley tripled her sales volume and ranked among the top 10 eXp Realty Illinois agents by volume and sales for four consecutive months. Additionally, she qualified for the eXp Realty ICON Agent Program, reflecting sustained brokerage production. Her story will soon be featured on America’s Top Agents with Inside Success TV, a platform that spotlights entrepreneurs building careers around service and impact.
Easley is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and the Realtor Association of the Fox Valley. She mentors newer agents through her brokerage’s program, volunteers with Feed My Starving Children and contributes to eXtend a Hand, a nonprofit. A lifelong artist, she supports youth arts programs in the southwestern suburbs, combining her passion for creativity, mentorship and community involvement.
