Reaching over $9 million in sales in her first year, Victoria Waliczek launched her real estate career with remarkable success. A real estate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, Waliczek specializes in rental properties, luxury homes and new construction. With nearly a decade of experience, she previously worked as a portfolio manager at Bank of America, a project manager at Berkadia and an executive assistant to CEOs in investment banking and commercial real estate — all while running her own fitness business. Her portfolio currently includes managing the redevelopment of a Lakeview property into a thriving mixed-use building with retail, Airbnb units and duplex residences.
A member of Coldwell Banker Realty’s President’s Club in 2023 and 2024, Waliczek ranked among the top 20 agents in the Gold Coast office in 2024 and 2025. Additionally, she was a top producer in the West Loop office for three consecutive years. She received a Certificate of Excellence in 2018, 2025 and 2026, received the Rookie of the Year honor in 2017 and was named to the International Diamond Society in 2018, 2020 and 2024–2026.
