With 28 years in the industry, Tammy Stelling has created a track record of success for which she’s now known as “the Realtor who makes things happen.” Calling upon the communication skills and service orientation she honed during her years in hospitality, she quickly became a natural.

When her personal real estate agent asked her if she had ever considered working in the industry, she became licensed and began working as her buyer’s agent. The transition into the field was undoubtedly the right decision, as many clients have shared that they can tell she enjoys her job.

Stelling represents all facets of buyers and sellers in Southwest Michigan and the Great Lakes area. Whether she’s assessing client needs or clarifying expectations and requirements, she operates with the highest ethics and integrity. Reflecting on the past year, Stelling notes, “I feel after the last two years of pandemic ‘crazy’ market, my biggest accomplishment was getting properties for my clients without them having to overpay, bypass appraisal, etc. I feel I have an advantage over some real estate agents because, in a bidding war, you want to be the agent with a reputation of working well with others.”

Stelling joined the Kaufman Group to continue her growth as both a mentor and a teachable aficionado. Known as a patient and attentive problem-solver with a sense of humor, she’s been recognized as a top producer and confidently enjoys working with referred and repeat clients in both Michigan and Indiana.

Charitable endeavors are a priority for Stelling, and she devotes her time to many different causes. She is very family-oriented, and shares three adult daughters with her husband, in addition to having three large dogs and a cat at home. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling; experiencing new, fun things; and spoiling her loved ones.
