With a degree in art and marketing earned in Kosovo, the European country of her origin, Luljeta Bajraktari of Elle Homes was introduced to the real estate industry through her husband’s construction and investment property business. Now with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago, Bajraktari remembers how her passion was ignited when she started working with clients and walking them through the process. “I truly enjoy helping clients with this very important decision in which they are entrusting me to navigate successfully,” she shares. “Most importantly, I am driven by my family and being a role model for my kids to look up to with the hard work and dedication I exemplify.”
Specializing in the residential market of Chicagoland, Bajraktari works mainly in the western suburbs, where she has resided for 15 years, most recently in Hinsdale. With three children attending the local schools, she is very involved in her community through various organizations. “I consider myself an all-encompassing agent, with an expertise focusing on buying and selling, new construction and interior design,” she points out. “I am extremely knowledgeable about the areas I serve and the community where I live.”
Known for being straightforward and authentic, Bajraktari is client-focused and prides herself in educating her clients by pulling from resources at the beginning of the process, saving time and money. “I came from humble beginnings and therefore am very grateful and appreciative for the opportunities I have been given,” she admits. “Because of this, I am extremely driven to go above and beyond expectations.”
As an investor herself, Bajraktari is buying and selling various properties at any given time, which not only increases her knowledge and experience but also her wide range of resources and connections in the industry. “Seeing my clients’ faces light up when they move into their dream home is one of the most satisfying and fulfilling aspects that drives my passion in real estate,” she shares. When not working, she enjoys traveling, fashion, playing tennis and spending time with her family and friends.
