Taking Chicagoland by storm is the newest team concept in real estate, Livian Chicagoland. In partnership with Keller Williams, the Livian Chicagoland team includes Managing Broker Nate Thompson and agents Kelly Boenzi, Megan Ryan, Beth Repta, Joe Zimmerman and Jerome Harper, all of whom serve as CEOs of the team.

Each team member specializes in a unique area of Chicagoland, with the entire team covering the region from the Wisconsin border to the western suburbs, the city and lake shore, and south into Northwest Indiana.
