Kelly Jackson and Davina Arceneaux share a passion for numbers and helping people, so opening Motto Mortgage Home Services was a no-brainer. Jackson’s entrepreneurial spirit is a perfect complement to Arceneaux’s relationship-building ability. “We have been married for over 10 years and truly work as a great team for serving our clients with care and exceptional customer service,” the couple shares. “Our combined strengths have helped us be more successful in this competitive industry.”
Located in Oak Brook, they service clients throughout Illinois with a diverse portfolio and access to wholesale rates. Jackson and Arceneaux describe their business as a boutique mortgage brokerage. Offering multiple loan products, they also provide an extensive list of non-qualifying mortgage options. “We are a caring, responsive, customer-first, full-service brokerage,” they explain. “We provide a more personalized approach and focus on our clients, educating them throughout the entire process.”
The team recently expanded into commercial lending with plans to open a second office. “We want to provide Illinois homebuyers with individualized yet streamlined options for lending,” the team shares. “We provide choices because no loan is one-size-fits-all.”
Proud supporters of Motto Mortgage’s Mission Against Hunger, the team is dedicated to helping end hunger for those in need by hosting annual food drives. They also assist minority buyers in underserved communities and partner with organizations dedicated to the economic growth and sustainability of distressed neighborhoods in the Chicagoland area. They are members of the Chicago Association of Realtors, Women’s Council of Realtors, The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals Chicago, National Association of Real Estate Brokers Chicago and The Asian Real Estate Association Chicago.
