Meredith Schreiber, Team Leader

Schreiber Branning Weiss Team, @properties Evanston

For Meredith Schreiber, leader of the Schreiber Branning Weiss team at @properties Evanston, real estate is something of a family affair. Joining her mother, Anne Branning, a broker with 38 years in real estate, along with Lauren Weiss and Cindy Hicks, she rounds out a team with a collective experience of more than 57 years in the industry.

Before entering real estate, all team members came from the business world, which has proven to be a significant advantage. “All of us come from the corporate world, bringing unique experience in customer service, hospitality, marketing and banking,” says Schreiber. “This multifaceted experience has provided a foundation for structure, problem-solving and teamwork.”

Schreiber, as the team leader, brings 13 years of real estate experience to the table. Growing up in the area and being a second-generation Realtor, she has an intimate knowledge of the markets her team serves, which include Evanston, Wilmette, Winnetka, Glenview, Highland Park, Lake Forest and the North Side of Chicago. Her extensive background in business leadership, including a 14-year career with Levy Restaurants, has honed her renovation expertise, which she leverages to provide valuable insights to her clients.

Clients consistently praise the Schreiber Branning Weiss Team for its approachable nature and problem-solving attitude. “As advocates for all of our clients during the full cycle of homeownership — purchase, ownership, improvements, renovations and sale — we strive to be a resource to support our clients at all times,” Schreiber notes. “Our team consists of fully engaged full-time agents who work with our clients throughout their home purchase, sale, renovation cycle. They don’t get an assistant, a showing agent or someone unfamiliar with their home.” This hands-on approach ensures that clients receive experienced service, a friendly and supportive atmosphere, and effective problem-solving abilities at every stage.

Schreiber’s dedication shows, with 90% of the team’s business coming from referrals or past clients. “I rely on the strength of my relationships — with clients, other agents, professionals involved in the transaction — to continue to build my team’s business,” she says.
