Stephanie Biederman, Broker Associate

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago

The corporate life for Stephanie Biederman was a great learning experience that ultimately led her into real estate. “My corporate sales career was successful, but the industry didn’t provide for my creative side,” she explains “I wanted to do something on my own and be my own boss. I decided to use my sales strength, my desire to have my own business and knowledge of the real estate industry from buying, selling and investing in my own properties.” She made the decision to leave corporate life and enter real estate 17 years ago. Today, she is a broker associate with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, and partners with colleague Cindy Wilson in the C+S Group.

Having lived in the Chicago area for 30 years, Biederman possesses a deep understanding of its various neighborhoods. Chauffeuring three children around Chicagoland for many years helped. “I drove all over the city for my kids’” says Biederman. “I saw firsthand the different personalities and amenities of the diverse neighborhoods.” Today, Biederman’s clientele is “lifestyle-based” and diverse, ranging from entry-level to the luxury market. She approaches each client with a focus on their lifestyle, ensuring that their needs and desires are fully understood when searching for the perfect property.

Biederman’s clients speak highly of her exceptional service and attention to detail. “I’m known for truly listening to my clients’ needs and providing valuable information, referrals and timely feedback,” she says. “I listen, and I’m trustworthy. The process of selling or buying is stressful, with many moving parts. I am always available to listen to my clients.”

One of Biederman’s professional achievements last year was reaching the President’s Circle, a prestigious accolade that placed her in the top 6% of agents in her company. In addition to her real estate career, she serves as board president of the Lakeview Roscoe Village Chamber of Commerce, contributing to the growth and development of her community. She is also a member of Friends of Lakeview.

Her formula for success is simple: “Clients like that I listen to what they have to say.”
